Edwin is a successful consultant with more than two decades of experience in the telecom space.
He's worked with brands like Vodafone, Motorola, Nokia, and Ericsson, helping these brands to connect with the African market.
He has also served at the senior management level in the media, working as a West African representative at business Day.
He proactively leads senior management with his wealth of knowledge and unmatched leadership.

Phillip is a highly respected business leader with global experience. He holds degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Grinnell College and Washington University, respectively (both in the USA).
His senior management experience spans telecommunications, information technology, and management consulting.
In 2008, he led Zain (which later became airtel) to become one of the market leaders in the Ghanaian telecommunications industry.
Philip was also a founding member and first chairman of the Governing Council of the Ghana Telecoms chamber.
Philip Sowah is currently a partner with Nubuke Business and Investment Advisory, where they consult for government and private institutions.
He is a team player and an empowering leader who sits on the boards of Barclays Bank Ghana, Unilever Ghana, and M-Pharma (a pharmaceutical tech startup).
He's received many prestigious awards, including 2 'CEO of the year' awards from Mobile world's Ghana telecoms awards.

Kwesi is responsible for the delivery of full spectrum Human Resource functions at Rhema Energy. This includes and not limited to;
⁃ Staffing and recruitment ⁃ Training and Development
⁃ Employee Utilization ⁃ Employee relations/ Compensation Management
⁃ Labour Law compliance and Industrial relations.
As a very passionate human resource professional, Kwesi has previously worked with and led HR teams across several industries from consultancy, manufacturing, construction and various startups by partnering departments to achieve set corporate objectives. Kwesi holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Ghana and is a certified member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana – IHRMP
